- “You” or “your” refers to the customer or user of our services.
- “Services” refer to all repair, maintenance, and related automotive services provided by us.
3. Services Offered We provide a range of vehicle-related services, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle servicing
- Repairs and diagnostics
- MOT testing
- Specialist services for BMW, Mercedes, and Audi vehicles
4. Bookings and Appointments 4.1 All bookings are subject to availability. 4.2 We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. 4.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is available at the scheduled time.
5. Estimates and Pricing 5.1 All estimates are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. 5.2 Prices are subject to change based on additional work required, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. 5.3 Payment must be made in full upon completion of the services unless prior arrangements have been made.
6. Warranties and Guarantees 6.1 We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. 6.2 Parts warranties will align with the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. 6.3 Warranty claims will not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect
- Third-party repairs or modifications
7. Customer Responsibilities 7.1 Ensure the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition upon delivery to us. 7.2 Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before servicing. 7.3 Notify us of any known issues or special requirements before work begins.
8. Liability 8.1 We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Delays caused by parts availability or other factors beyond our control
- Damage caused by events outside our reasonable control
9. Cancellations and Refunds 9.1 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. 9.2 Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
10. Data Protection 10.1 We handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 10.2 Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
11. Disputes and Complaints 11.1 Any complaints should be directed to us in writing at thegaragegrimsby@gmail.com 11.2 We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 days.
12. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
